Openness to ideas, creativity, passion for clients, passion for mission, desire to give back to employees, desire to be great, inclusiveness of company with both employees and clients
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They generally pay a median or slightly above range (this is slowly changing and trending in the right direction), the issue is less the wage and more the benefits packages. Retirement is very generous, but healthcare is still significantly more expensive due to low portion paid by employer
