What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all so passionate about the work that we do -- even though it's difficult work, we all love being here. There's room to grow and move around and we all positively and actively communicate with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their support: they are consistently accessible, supportive and willing to hear new ways of thinking and operating. It truly is a team effort, and I feel that even though the leadership team is "leadership," the relationship(s) from CEOs down to administrative support is strong.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I do, the support that I have from my director and the rest of the director team. I love the therapists in my office -- they're friends as well as coworkers. Also the client interaction; I've become close with the clients that come here regularly and I look forward to our conversations
