What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We all just look like chickens with out heads cut off running around.

Lack of Communication between management and above to associates, if management and higher were to listen better and actually game plan better there would be less mess ups and more getting done. Also, Favoritism needs to stop, store managers & Directors make it very apparent who are their pets

Again just disrespect of employees and favoritism all around

Give your management team more education as far as how to treat people

whats going wrong is that my co workers are getting paid a whole dollar or two more than me and they have been here for a shorter amount of time

Managers only give their favorites days off and its impossible to give weekends off. Hours being and there are crazy expectations.

By hiring more people and getting rid of ones that goof off

either give up on academy credit cards or GIVE US COMMISSIONS when we get someone to sign up for one

Poor management, poor wages and poor hours.

Everythang the whole store needs a trainning on how to treat people. Not be so disrespful

Ive been consistantly repremended by the same person for invalid reasons

Management especially sona and ricahrd only are horrible they lost all of apparel in 1 month

I think we’re more customer based than employer based. Not enough focus or attention to detail goes into employees and we’re not looked at enough for all we do. We are the backbone of this company while everyone sits in a chair in an office all day and does nothing but get money in their pock

Everything is wrong with this company. From no training of managers and leads to keeping people that are bringing it down and getting rid of those trying to make it work. Too much favoritism!!

There needs to be better communication. When there is communication from Associates to managers they fail to help out or take action. Academy Sports and Outdoors is not a comfortable working environment and is stressful just knowing having to work here. Needs to be less favoritism and more guidance.
