Acadia Healthcare Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I love that they have a wide variety of benefits. I don't like their United Healthcare and I wasn't offered stock.

The optional additional life insurance goes up to 250k. Also the vesting timeline is favorable.

The best part of my compensation package is the company matching a portion of my 401k.

Shift differential hours and free meals each shift

Time off, peesonal time, sick time

Major medical options. Excellent top of the line Major Medical. Kind of expensive but in line with all other company's and corp. pays much more than their fair share.

Health insurance premiums are reasonable

the healthcare package and vacation

Review from Customer Support Dept

Great pay and vacation time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better ratios witg payients and staff. Currently i roak my license bu the humber and acuity of payients i am responsible for

The level of expertise the role requires compared with the compensation is unfair.

Sometimes I get overwhelmed and am just told to make it work.

Have never had a raise. No stock options but the CEO is making millions, of course. Who is doing all the work and working 12 hour shifts? Not the CEO.

health insurance is too expensive, and time off benefits are unusable

Review from Operations Dept

Nothing... I have resigned due to leadership’s unwillingness to address issues ranging from Client/ employee safety, to complete lack of professionalism. It’s Unconscionable, the extent of inc

Review from Operations Dept

Low wages, would feel better if competitive wages were offered

Review from Customer Support Dept

It was a large paycut from another hospital chain

Acadia (White Deer Run) is the lowest paying rehab in the field and has the worst benefits. They don't even pay mileage reimbursement for mandatory training away from the facility.

Review from Operations Dept

Addictions is a difficult field and prone to burnout. Lack of adequate benefits makes you feel like an unappreciated employee and one cannot afford to seek adequate healthcare to maintain healthy mental and physical states.

Review from Operations Dept

Not properly compensated for what we deal with on a daily basis.

Review from Operations Dept

We were treated as blue collared workers.
