What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great minds with a future vision
The leadership team is overselling and under delivering. They want to do good work, but the initiatives aren't trickling down with good morale.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Empathy is what they need to get better at
They are losing valuable people because of their incapacity to manage situations that require leadership skills. Basically, it's a culture of forced consent, everybody knows how to follow the rules, not how to make them work for the sake of the business.
heavy pyramid , micromanagement , roles and duty overlapping are something Accenture can look into for overall optimization of expected delivery . Task to be assigned with domain specific folks.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It has a lot of perks
holistic pay package across pay, bonus, benefits
base pay is better than average
Bonus component and flexibility to structure my entire compensation package
Mixture of strong base, with bonuses for performance paid in cash and shares, and opportunity to invest on additionsl shares.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Accenture compensation compared to other global company is lower the market level
Based on CEO decision, if you are not in india, phillipines or argentina, no matter how good you are, they don't want you ok the company
raises that keep pace with inflation
I work equivalent to one position higher to me but I am not getting reimbursed equivalent to them

Most people I work with are indian, they are not all bad, but they need to improve their screening process

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Firing employees in order to cover for failures in project planning and people management - such as flawed team & leadership communication, confusing role assignments, a constantly changing work overload , stressful last minute decisions and unreasonable deadlines.
I must be the CEO so that it would be a success
