Great minds with a future vision

The leadership team is overselling and under delivering. They want to do good work, but the initiatives aren't trickling down with good morale.

Empathy is what they need to get better at

They are losing valuable people because of their incapacity to manage situations that require leadership skills. Basically, it's a culture of forced consent, everybody knows how to follow the rules, not how to make them work for the sake of the business.

heavy pyramid , micromanagement , roles and duty overlapping are something Accenture can look into for overall optimization of expected delivery . Task to be assigned with domain specific folks.
