My experience at ACME has been terrible. Management has been some of the worst and most clueless people I have ever seen, and it makes me question coming into work everyday. Pay is terrible compared to other businesses, and you would be better off finding employment elsewhere.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about their employees and getting everybody a better hourly rate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am not heard and am placed in a random department every shift. I specifically applied to be in one place but management disregards that
