The fact that it was short (about 15 minutes) and to the point

Hiring more employees so that the people in the respective departments can focus on their own work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I'm not making an adequate salary and not getting enough hours at my job to complete all my tasks.
