He focuses on building community within the company and without, always striving to put our investors first by inventing new ways to democratize investing. He aspires to bring the 99% along on the journey to financial security and wealth. His vision for the company is truly inspiring. What can he improve? Banking. Wait for it.

Acorns is growing fast on all cylinders
Found Money seems to be growing the fastest but so is the core business with record month after record month. Not aware of parts that are having difficulty. Like any smart company marginal products are dropped in the early test phase before launch and before full team awareness.

Acorns has a great work-life balance. Obviously, sometimes we go through major pushes to get things done, but you will find that at every company, and it only happens on occasion.
My role requires me to be on 99% of the time, but I knew what I was signing up for so it doesn't bother me. If i need time, I get it.

Engineers are not empowered. Pay is far under market value, zero transparency with stock value
