Mission is great. Execution and presence at the appropriate times of projects leaves a lot to be desired.

Unlimited pto. I have a family and I have always stressed myself about appointments, sick days, vacation, and time off. With Acorns you are truly rewarded for the work you put in. They want you to put yourself and your family first and that matters so much to me.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun, real people, most arent pretentious
Our ability to work as a team and complete tasks collectively. We help each other and are always bouncing ideas off each other. Where one person may lack some else will pick them up. It truly is an amazing environment.
Everyone is willing to lend a hand. The team is open, communicative, and hard-working.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a mission-oriented company and that translates over to our culture. We are passionate about our core values and those are brought to life in our culture too - things like lead with heart, always building trust, make bold decisions, never stop growing, and find a way.
