What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited pto. I have a family and I have always stressed myself about appointments, sick days, vacation, and time off. With Acorns you are truly rewarded for the work you put in. They want you to put yourself and your family first and that matters so much to me.

Fun, real people, most arent pretentious
Our ability to work as a team and complete tasks collectively. We help each other and are always bouncing ideas off each other. Where one person may lack some else will pick them up. It truly is an amazing environment.
Everyone is willing to lend a hand. The team is open, communicative, and hard-working.
