Variable pay is always above 100%
It's not up to the market standards, the cost of living is a main factor in my work location. To meet those standards market correction should happen. Companies available in the market are providing COLA (COST of Living Allowance) as an additional compensation factor, which Acqueon should consider.
As discussed with manager was expecting salary correction during appraisal cycle as per market norms because we foresee after rejoining the organization there is disparity in payouts

Skills that I posses in Automation, API & Load testing would be paid more than what I'm getting now as per the industry standards. If I get paid more in terms of fixed compensation itself it would have been great (excluding variable pay).

Current pay quite lower than market standard. Company hires folks from outside with higher pay (most of whom left in a year or so) but do not recognize /respect the contribution of those who have contributed to success of company over the years. employees need to put their papers to be appreciated
