As a CloudOps Team we are working on-call during Weekends and we are getting very less pay for On Call Activity. Coming to the Best part of package is Bonus

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not up to the market standards, the cost of living is a main factor in my work location. To meet those standards market correction should happen. Companies available in the market are providing COLA (COST of Living Allowance) as an additional compensation factor, which Acqueon should consider.
As discussed with manager was expecting salary correction during appraisal cycle as per market norms because we foresee after rejoining the organization there is disparity in payouts

Skills that I posses in Automation, API & Load testing would be paid more than what I'm getting now as per the industry standards. If I get paid more in terms of fixed compensation itself it would have been great (excluding variable pay).
On call allowance is too less and we are working 15 hours in weekend

Everyone came from the contact center as their technical background. This adds more value to the team. However, we also should have resources with 3 to 4 years of experience. So the next generation will be developed and its good for the org to grow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team Meetings and the celebrations at locations on the occasion's. Fun filled meetings

Individual growth, Work culture, and No picky back from managers, are the most positive things that I value here. Since we are the product org, we should have a generic survey and feedback from the resources on our product too. This will definitely add more value to the product.

Being a key engineer in the team, I am overseeing most of the projects happening in the team. Working from home is stress Since interacting with the team through teams call makes me more comfortable and gives a positive vibe at work. If we have a work location, it would add more happiness to us.
