My overall experience with the company has been great. I have been here for less than 1 year and I have had SO many opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge. I have never been with a company where I have had as many opportunities as Acqueon offers me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team is extremely involved in your growth and knowledge of the company and your role. It's nice to have people notice you for the work you do and it is definitely motivating. We're one big family here
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really nice and very conversational. It is fun to get to know each other in office and learn new things. My coworkers are so willing to help in anyway they can and teach you whatever you inquire about
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think us working very closely with one another and being in the office really allows us to build better relationships with one another. We are encouraged to befriend one another & to collaborate which makes the office and company culture very unique.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me the most happy at work is how much I learn each day and how willing my team is to help me get there. It makes me happy that my colleagues and leadership team see my capability. I love being recognized for the work I do.
