Being a key engineer in the team, I am overseeing most of the projects happening in the team. Working from home is stress Since interacting with the team through teams call makes me more comfortable and gives a positive vibe at work. If we have a work location, it would add more happiness to us.
The motivation to work towards customer satisfaction by providing out of boundary support when necessary.
