ELT communicates with the entire organization - this allows everyone to understand the vision and direction straight from the Leadership. Strong personal and professional relationships exist.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. The circumstances when I joined are different (professionally in a good way) than what it is now. Hence, my response regarding the salary. I understand how the compensation was calculated when I joined.
