Wrt improving your skill set and working with interesting customers, its a great place. but treatment of employees esp those who have contributed to its success over the years needs improvement. no respect/growth plan. appreciation from customers is often more than internal recognition/ growth

Fun and great team to work with. folks are always willing to help and support growth of their team. willingness to put customers first and extend to solve issues and collaborate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Current pay quite lower than market standard. Company hires folks from outside with higher pay (most of whom left in a year or so) but do not recognize /respect the contribution of those who have contributed to success of company over the years. employees need to put their papers to be appreciated
