Stock and equity is not relevant, Acro is currently held privately. Insurance benefits are good, but expensive. This is not unusual in the staffing industry.
Compensation is below market rates, there is no 401K matching and no equity sharing
When you start generating bigger commission they change the rules of compensation even if it means they will not be as monetarily successful
