ActiveCampaign Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Unlimited PTO and insurance are good

The ote is good in market

Open PTO is nice as I don't have to worry about counting my days and I've never felt like it was a problem for me to take time off.

Equity is the best part for me. I enjoy quota relief as well on holidays which is super helpful

Review from Sales Dept

Recently added equity. 401k match is great

Unlimited PTO, amazing parental leave, constant leadership training opportunities, ability to work 100% remote.

Recently made equity available to every employee

Competitive salary and fair bonus structure.

Review from Business Development Dept

Being able to have my wife on the system with me

Review from Customer Support Dept

A wide range of additional benefits that support employee well-being, especially during this pandemic.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Competitive Pay, Free HDHP Premiums, Work From Stipend, and Learning and Development Stipend.

Review from HR Dept

I really like our benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

Free health insurance and matching programs are awesome

Review from Customer Success Dept

It is true that ActiveCampaign is an employee-first workplace. Unlike any other place I've worked, they take care of people to help make long, sustainable careers with career path opportunities.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Unlimited PTO is an amazing benefit

Review from Marketing Dept

Unlimited PTO, comprehensive healthcare coverage

Review from Engineering Dept

It's very comparable to every other tech company in the area. They recently adjusted to a remote workforce by granting quarterly stipends to purchase items for your home office.

Review from IT Dept

health benefits and 401k are very good

Review from Engineering Dept

The WFH stipend is a wonderful perk

Review from IT Dept

The benefits are really strong here. There's also other perks, both in the office and as a result of working at home the past 12 months.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

get decent insurance again. cigna is terrible and is basically a paycut because of how much more you have to pay out of pocket.

Review from Customer Support Dept

they cheaped out insurance and dumped bluecross for cigna. cigna covers a fraction of what BCBS did. I'm sure it looks good to the investors though.

Pay is competitive. Most are doing the work of multiple roles. It can make the pay feel off. Not offering equity to employees below a director level is a huge disappointment. New leadership is coming in with that benefit, but employees that have been here for years are not getting it.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe that we are paid under market average for some positions, but have benefits that make up for it.

Review from Sales Dept

I am underpaid compared to the market and it's hard to feel excited about company performance with no bonus or stake in the company.

It would be nice to have some way of getting equity.

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel valued by AC. I wish we had stock options, but pay and overall comp is very fair.

Review from Sales Dept

The benefits are on par with tech companies while the compensation is not. Depending on role you may see a $60,000+ raise going elsewhere.
