- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They will go 2-3 weeks without paying their workers. They only like to pay a compensation of $5000 a week TO ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. so if they go over budget some crews after to wait weeks for their pay.
