What do you like best about the leadership team?
The lower level management genuinely care for it's employees.
They are understanding and communicate pretty well.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I massage therapy, which is really nice
The stock options are goood if you started early
There is great potential if/when the company goes public.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I could make more money elsewhere with my experience. The benefits are the best I've ever had at any job but the pay and stock options could use some work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are very nice
We feel like an actual team, everyone is kind to each other. And we're encouraged to befriend each other outside of work and bond.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working towards a more inclusive work environment and addressing their own bias.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very supportive company culture

What did you like most about the interview process?
Even though I was interviewed for 3 hours by 6 different people, everyone was welcoming and not intimidating.
very different than what I was expecting and was a breath of fresh air.
