The job experience is great! The company culture is unmatched. But after a round of mass layoffs in March of 2022, the upper level management has stated no clear path for profitability. Management and communication is messy and lacking. The pay is also lower than average for the field.

I work in the lab. The job can be stressful but then company culture is very rich and rewarding. I feel appreciated for my work.
