Healthcare through the Union is $25 a month with low copays and deductible. Insurance even includes fertility coverage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better pay. If you have someone work for you under the impression of job placement then give the aide the work. Caring coordinators. A team who is actually supportive of the aide and the clients.

The job is mentally draining. I don't make enough to not have to work another job

I work extremely hard going above and beyond for my clients I also do what's asked of me without any complaints

I'm only getting 10.50 an on the commercial IT stated that home Care gets $11.50 an it's not fair at all I shouldn't got $11.50

More then you know. They bought the company I work for out and we had a amazing reputation of being best in field till Addus bought us. Now everyone has left, gotten attorneys for payment owed to them, no one wants to work for them anymore cause they are sharks.

If I was given the chance to have a fair raise as I've been working for the company for years, but even with the cost of living skyrocketing in my area I'm not given the chance to have my wage reflect that.

No raise, people make more flipping burgers than they do taking care of someones loved one. We are expected to keep our CPR which hasn't been done in three years active. I make more moneypicking up dog crap. Ive been doing this line of qork for darn near 30 years. 10.50 an hour doesnt help

I work 7 days a week for 7 yrs at this job as of September 30 my checks been messed up

They're incompetent in general, have watched them destroy companies they bought

Higher mileage rate. And we should make atleast 15 an hour

Not enough pay for the work being done The staff hangs up in your face and are very rude especially the main supervisor in the office. Respect. Treat others with respect will make the job more worthy.

I worked a full week and didn't get paid for that week . Bills need to get paid there's a lot of payments scheduled. I've been with them 4 months to 5 and this has never happened until now.

Not paid time and a half on holidays. They only pay an extra dollar an hour

Sometimes dealing with clients that are ungrateful and only use you when they really need you and honestly they need a lot of help just stubborn

Getting paid on time is most important to me.

Supervisor has never once said that I did a great job..... only contact when something is wrong.
