Not a great culture at all

I worked in onboarding for 6 or 7 months. The structure changed multiple times (into the double digits). You would be told you were doing an excellent job then you would be told improve or else... Every few months they would lay off dozens of people with little to no warning. Be Wary

My current compensation is worked out on billings but i have been put on two projects interrupting my sales pipeline on billings , when i asked my boss they said nothing could be done. I have worked for the company for 12 years and did not expect nothing to be done

We would have meetings daily, but no productivity was ever discussed. Praise was rarely given for meeting goals and no feed back on what you could do if you didn't meet your goal.

By the way, it is a success criterion in Turkey for country managers to have the employees who have served Adecco
