Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My current compensation is worked out on billings but i have been put on two projects interrupting my sales pipeline on billings , when i asked my boss they said nothing could be done. I have worked for the company for 12 years and did not expect nothing to be done
