They should take not only responsibility but also authority, and their opinions and suggestions, especially from headquar-ter in Swiss
To maintain rank and market share, focus on People First and invest in integrated technology solutions. Otherwise, the competition will continue to erode Adecco's position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current compensation is worked out on billings but i have been put on two projects interrupting my sales pipeline on billings , when i asked my boss they said nothing could be done. I have worked for the company for 12 years and did not expect nothing to be done

Leaders need to have more empathy
All kinds of mobbing practices, including changing your place to leave your job or even moving your room to the basement with a broken heating system, do not suit a company like Adecco. By the way, it is a success criterion in Turkey for country managers to have the employees who have served Adecco

Adecco is a staffing company and needs to upgrade their talent from a leadership perspective. Leadership team is extremely unprofessional and does not drive strategy. Please note these are Senior leaders
