My current compensation is worked out on billings but i have been put on two projects interrupting my sales pipeline on billings , when i asked my boss they said nothing could be done. I have worked for the company for 12 years and did not expect nothing to be done

By the way, it is a success criterion in Turkey for country managers to have the employees who have served Adecco
