What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team leader does not help out at all she doesn't care that people are struggling she moves everybody around she don't care

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Look at there employes and come on site to see and feel how the work is done to see what they would change if they where the ones doimg the work .
The manager is not experienced enough and poor leadership
Everything. Losers with no management experience sitting at top
they need to be upfront and honest.
They bring there personal attitude to work. They also act very un perfesional and childish towards their employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people i work with directly on a day to day bassis are amazing i honestly couldnt ask for be a part of a better team because i doubt there is one.
Helpful and nice, always willing to help.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's management that needs to improve.
Get rid of waste and political leaders at top. They save their jobs and let go of hard working employees
you get what you pay for. A low wage gets low quality talent.
Less smoke breaks and less visiting on the clock
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The tone of the culture is best represented by its team members. We are fortunate to have competent, intelligent, caring, and passionate team members. This makes the culture very inviting!

The only thing that keeps me coming back is my co workers i really do not care for anything else but our team is top notch
