Get someone who knows how to interview and not lie about what to expect

getting people hired on at 6 months, and not waiting 1year to 1year and a half.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing the company I work for is the other employees and not much else
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well the team I work with I have trained personally and we all get along very well and are very efficient at are work when we are not short staffed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work harder than is required of me even work short staffed and still get treated as tho I need to do better. I would say just doing the job that im assigned to and not expected to work the job of 3 people with no mistakes
