The leadership can move quickly on decisions; unfortunately, they don't seem to have the "staying power" and close their ears to pragmatism and reality. Vision comes to life through discipline. Many executive leaders do not have the patience for disciplined execution.

Understanding that safety is paramount not productivity. The only reason this company is profitable is because of it's employees not management. People should come before profit.
Putting people in positions that can do the job and be great leaders, not just managers, and not just to try and make themselves look good.
Working with women to elevate them better pay like the men.
Replace one out of the two team leaders. Break up the favoritism there at the plant. This starts at the plant supervisor down to the team leaders and the team leaders friends. personal needs to be rotated despite who they get along best.
Being replaced with people who really want a good team established not run them out.
