the level of acceptance is amazing.
To treat everyone fairly, no one is better than the other. It's deliver right
La culture et le respect
I am unsure at this moment.
Review from Operations Dept
Co-workers are kind and respectful to one another.
Review from Engineering Dept
The environment is constantly challenging. It can feel chaotic when balancing the daily whirlwind with steady progress toward the vision.
the togetherness and the common goal we have
Most of people focus on the task, lesser politicis than some other big companies
well understanding the policy of company
House keeping does a great job keeps environment nice to work in
The workers are the best part.
Inclusive. I'm not aware of an unconscious bias.
Very professional environment, and friendly people
Review from Engineering Dept
People collaborate like professionals throughout the company.
Unlocking Nature and Enriching Life
where I work, there is no company people, the the boat captains and our deckhands. not too bad.
Im new there so its hard to say, but casual armosphere i could say.
The company has a "human" behaviour with focus on people and safety.
Review from Operations Dept
The workload and the pace we keep
The most positive thing the company I work for is the other employees and not much else
Open to try new things and approaches. Future thinking instead of short term focus. Set up a vision and ambition.
Fill all positions and not run skeleton crews
Work harder to get good employees and do better with the ones you have.
Productivity/profits before safety needs to stop. Your employees are the reason you have profits.
Review from Operations Dept
Safety first and teamwork second.
Hire leaders, not managers. Stop promoting kids to manager positions when they have no experience managing people or being leaders.
The managers on A team love the money but not committed to teaching you gotta teach your self by making mistakes.
Review from Operations Dept
Stop giving corporate people large bonuses while giving nothing to people at the bottom. Stop paying a ceo 20 million a year with stock options when if he truly treated this company like it was his own he would sacrifice pay to keep more employees so everyone doesnt have to work their life away.
Pay us more money and stop being greedy
Having manager that understand the subject. I am tired of explain our work to a new unexperienced manager every other year
To put in management places people that understand what they have to do not just ''puppets'' that lie every single day.
