Earnings and occupied with something else than lawyers and disputes.

Because it is a trial period and salary is half.

Im new there so its hard to say, but casual armosphere i could say.

They are professional and for a long time in this industry. I can learn from them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In the knowledge of the market and contacts. Job in ADM Windows, is a new place for job for me (3months). Before this job for almost 20 years I was the owner and marketing manager of hotel Continental in Poland.
