Not good, managers promote and hire based off who you know and how well they like you not based off experience, education, or work ethic.
What makes you most happy at work?
The end of the day so I can go home.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We work great together, only need to improve on experience but no one stays long because they hate there managers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire leaders, not managers. Stop promoting kids to manager positions when they have no experience managing people or being leaders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get treated bad by upper management and I have more experience. I do more than they do and get paid less.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Putting people in positions that can do the job and be great leaders, not just managers, and not just to try and make themselves look good.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Most managers already know who they want to hire, so interviewing someone when they know you are not going to get the job is a waste of time and is a very negative experience.
