Besides lunch (delicious, healthy and cost-reduced), I love my team. Genuine and good people! There is no "rat race" culture here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all hard workers. Good humored and kind, and understanding if you have small children. Great balance and no micromanagers on my team!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the gym membership and subsidized healthy food in the cafeteria! I'm the healthiest I've been in my adult life, largely attributed to my employment here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The emphasis on actual flex time for management positions. If I need to work from home or take my kids to an appointment, my boss doesn't bat an eye.
