Senior team must stop the crap and be more efficient

Be respectful of employees and share the wealthy across the organization. Not only to the top senior team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Having manager that understand the subject. I am tired of explain our work to a new unexperienced manager every other year
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We put a lot of hours and get no respect or compensation from our managers. It seems the goal is to exploit the employees more and more with less resources
