Dr. James Mond, M.D., Ph.D. has been the Chief Scientific Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President of ADMA Biologics, Inc. since July 18, 2012. Dr. Mond served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of Biosynexus Incorporated. Dr. Mond joined Biosynexus in 1999 with specific expertise in developing products for the prevention of bacterial infections. Prior to joining Biosynexus, he served as a Consultant to Virion Systems Inc. (VSI). He oversaw the development of the vaccine technology VSI licensed to SmithKline Beecham. He has acted as a consultant and confidant to the NIH, FDA and pharmaceutical companies. He was instrumental in ensuring the bacterial vaccine program with Smithkline Beecham moved forward and his scientific insights led to new, patented vaccine technology. Dr. Mond worked in the prestigious laboratory of Immunology at the National Institute of Health. He served as Professor of Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences medical school and served as Member of the prestigious American Society of Clinical Infections. Dr. Mond is an acknowledged worldwide B cell immunology expert with 146 publications in the most prestigious journals. He is a practicing board-certified Internist and Rheumatologist. He received his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from New York University Medical School.
