  • If your order/s is/are not reflecting in your Adorama Account, you may use the import order option.

    You will be receiving an email to complete the process. Please click the link in your email to confirm, and all orders placed by phone or while you weren't logged in will automatically be imported into your account.

  • A signature is required for most shipments. An adult must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. If the carrier is unable to successfully deliver your package they may bring your package to a UPS Access Point or they will re-attempt delivery up to 3 times, at their discretion.

    If you require additional help to receive your package, please contact us.

    Oversize items shipped by Truck are delivered by appointment which must be scheduled in advance. The carrier will reach out to you by phone or email to set up this appointment. An adult must be available to receive, inspect, and sign for the merchandise at the time of delivery. A rescheduling fee may be applied for a missed delivery appointment, subject to carrier policy.

    All deliveries are to the threshold of your location during standard business hours Monday through Friday. White glove, inside delivery, evening, early morning, or weekend deliveries are sometimes able to be scheduled with the carrier for an additional cost. Adorama cannot guarantee the availability or cost of these extra services.

  • Adorama Camera makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 6:00 PM Eastern Time are generally shipped the same day, subject to verification. Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM ET will be processed on the following Monday. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.

    Used item orders need be be placed by 1pm Monday through Thursday or by 8:30am on Fridays in order to ship the same day. Oversize items that ship by truck may take an extra day to be packed and shipped.

  • We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery. Some items are specified on their item listings as Special Order only

    In the event that an item is out of stock and therefore unable to be shipped, we will notify you usually within one business day. We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it. When the item is in stock, we will ship it out to you. A small authorization is taken at the time the order is first place in order to verify payment. This is only an authorization, not a charge. Your payment source will only be invoiced charged at the actual time of shipment.

    Due to high international shipping costs and taxes and duty fees, we cannot ship any international order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.

  • For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.

    Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, UPC codes, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Returned items that are not returned as new may be subject to restocking fee based on condition upon inspection in our Returns Department.

    There are items that we sell which cannot be returned once opened. Below is the list of items that are deemed non-returnable:

    Software, Film, Paper, DVDs, Bulbs, flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack".

    Printers cannot be returned once toner has been installed.

  • Oversize items shipped by Truck are delivered by appointment which needs to be scheduled with carrier in advance. At time of delivery, an adult must be available to receive, inspect, and sign for the merchandise. Please inspect the item to be sure it is the correct model, in operable condition, and not damaged in any way. Do not sign the delivery manifest until you have inspected the item. Once the delivery manifest is signed, we are unable to file any damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once you sign for the item, you are accepting the product as is.

    Yes, you may lease any number of products up to your approved spending limit.

    What is a Lease?

    A lease is a contract between a lessor (the property owner) and a lessee (the property user) for the use of property subject to stated terms and limitations for a specified period and at a specified payment.

    How does the lease work?

    With a lease, you are agreeing to make weekly payments for a specific amount of time (the initial lease term) which may vary by state. If you provide us with 30 days notice before the end of the initial lease term, make all of your required payments during the initial lease term, and return the item back to us in good condition, you have no further obligation to FlexShopper. If you do not provide us with timely notice, then the lease typically rolls over for the same period as the initial lease term; please be sure to read your lease before electronically signing for the exact terms. You can also buy the item at any time by using the Early Payment Option. Simply refer to the table in your lease to look up the Early Payment Option amount.     If you pay the cash price plus $50 within ninety days of the Lease's effective date you will own the item(s). The cash price for the product will be disclosed on your lease agreement prior to your signing and agreeing to the terms of the lease.

    Whats my payment?

    Your payments will be weekly, on Fridays. The first payment will be on the first Friday after you receive your items. Your actual payment amount will be disclosed in your lease agreement prior to your signing and agreeing to the terms of the lease.

    Can I return the merchandise?

    A customer may return the leased product in accordance with the terms in their Lease Agreement.

    Do you pull my credit score?

    While having good credit is not a requirement for approval, as part of our application we do obtain information about you including a credit report from FactorTrust, Inc.

    Will my FICO score be impacted?

    If you do not pay your lease payment(s) and do not return your leased item(s), this can negatively affect your FICO score.

  • Drop-ship means we submit the order directly to the manufacturer who, in turn, ships it directly to you from their warehouse. This is done to avoid the wait time it takes for us to receive the item(s) and then turning them around and shipping them to you.

    In order to submit the order to the vendor for fulfillment, the order must be invoiced. Once the package has been shipped from their warehouse, an email will be sent to you together with the tracking information.

    Dropship orders are often shipped within 2 business days of being submitted to the vendor. Some items are made-to-order and will therefore take longer to be built and shipped.

  • Oversize items that are required to ship via truck, are returnable pending they meet our standard return requirements. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once shipped, if a package is refused, the return ship fees will be deducted from the refund total.

  • Many items come with a warranty that is handled by Adorama directly, including house brands and used items. These items should be sent to our warehouse. Adorama does not reimburse for repairs or replacements done by repair centers.

    Once returned, the defective item will be inspected, and either repaired or replaced. If a replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued.

    No RMA number is needed to return an item. Please include a filled out Return Merchandise form along with a copy of the original invoice.   • Oversize items are required to ship via truck due to their size or weight. They generally take an extra day to ship. The average delivery time is 7-10 business days. Rural or remote delivery locations can sometimes take slightly longer.

    All truck deliveries are made by appointment which must be scheduled in advance. The carrier will reach out to you by phone or email to set up this appointment. An adult must be available to receive, inspect, and sign for the merchandise at the time of delivery. A rescheduling fee may be applied for a missed delivery appointment, subject to carrier policy.

    All deliveries are to the threshold of your location during standard business hours. White glove, inside delivery, evening, early morning, or weekend deliveries are sometimes able to be scheduled with the carrier for an additional cost. Adorama cannot cover the additional cost or guarantee the availability of these extra services.
