It takes 1-2 business days to process your order in our warehouse, and you may expect your package to be delivered:
within 3-7 business days of the shipping date to aU.S.address

How long do I have to send back sets that I don't want?
Once you have received your order, you will be allowed a 7-day try on period.
Any set that you do not absolutely adore can be returnedfor free.
In your Adore Me account, you must confirm which sets you are returning.
Identify your sets for return HERE
Any set not included in the online return confirmation will be charged to your card on the 8th day after receipt.
Directly in your VIP Elite Box, you will find a prepaid return label. Drop off your box to your local post office or schedule a pick upby your local mail carrier.
DON'T FORGET:
All sets must be returned in their NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED, RESELLABLE CONDITION (all tags and adhesive stickers attached) to be accepted.
Any set not listed as being returned will be charged to your account.
Any set returned after the 7-day try on period will be refunded upon receipt.
If your set is not received within 30 days of creating the online return, you will be charged for any set not received.

How will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped in an eco-friendly cardboard Adore Me Box. It comes in the hottest colors of the seasonand features the Adore Me Logo and website on the side of the box. The set will be inside a plastic hypo-allergeniccasing, wrapped in colorful tissue paper. The plastic casing ensures that there is no pigmentation transfer onto your set.
The Adore Me box is available in two sizes, small and large. These sturdy boxes are great for shipping as they keep your sets protected in style.
Can I purchase a Giftbox?
At this time, we only offer the shipping box and we understand that it is quite stylish. If you are sending Adore Me as a gift, please note that the shipping box is exposed to the elements in transit.

Select the down arrow next to the Request you would like to cancel.
From the drop-down menu, select the CANCEL option
Press OK in the pop up asking if you are sure you would like to cancel.
Voila! Your exchange/return is canceled!
In the case of exchange,you will not be able to cancel it if you have already used the provided voucher code. As the replacement order has been shipped, you will have to return the original product or incur an additional charge for the replacement order.

You will need water, a towel, and mild detergent or soap.
Fill a sink or large bowl with warm water
Add 1 TBSP.of soap
Let soak for 5 minutes
Gently knead the garment while in the water
Soak for 5 more minutes
Empty the basin and refill with clean water

View ArticleIt typically takes 1-3 business days for the refund to process into your account, depending on how your bank processes the refund, and for the funds to appear in your bank account.
If you do not see the refund back into your account, we recommend you contact your issuing bank first, with the refund transaction ID received by email. They most surely have more information about the status of your refund.
Why hasn't my refund been posted back to my account yet?
There are some reasons why you haven't received your refund:
Voided transaction - The chargedid not settle on our endand it became a voided transaction. Which means that the charge that was on your account has been dropped and disappeared as if it never left. If you tell the bank your transaction id and have them search it, they would not be able to find it because the charge itself should have been dropped
You initiated an exchange instead of a return - If you wanted to return a product for a refund, please make sure you initiated the correct process (selecting the "return", not "exchange"). You can check the status here
A problem on your issuing bank's end - If none of the above applies, we advise calling your bank for further information

You can replace the order with anything on the website or the same item in a different size

If you've processed a return, here's what you need to know:

Returns are typically processed within 30 days when you drop the package in the mail. Please note that the warehouse will contact you with the refund details once they have received and processed your order.

Copy the provided voucher code
Select the replacement product and add it to your shopping bag in your desired size
Paste the voucher code into the Promo Code or Gift Card box and press apply
Select the continue to checkout and place your order
Repeat as needed
Please note that voucher codesand promotional offers can not be combined. Also, if you have multiple vouchers, you may simply place multiple orders. View ArticleAccess your Adore Me account from a computer in order to start your Exchange/Return process:
You will need access to a computer to print the pre-paid return label we will offer you on the spot once you request an exchange or a return
You may save your return labelas a PDF so you are able to print it anywhere where it is possible, as we do not send printed labels with your order
What do I do if I do not have a printer?
We would recommend to print it in the post office or at a library as they usually have printers
DON'T FORGET!
Make sure to ship back the entire set! We cannot accept partial sets
Print and complete the Return and Exchange form available from your account details once you have requested a label
Package the items and return form in the original box (or any other available box), then seal securely with tape to prevent contents from falling out
Affix the pre-paid return label over the original mailing label
Drop the return in your mailbox, with your mailman, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays
