What did you like most about the interview process?

it was very basic. As expected

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The best thing we could do together, is be listened to. Instead, we are just cogs in the machine that they can keep throwing additional work at.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I have been here for years and they on rare occasions will make a kind gesture to try and make things alright, but are transparent that they only care about field employees as a way to make them bigger paychecks.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The messages from Corporate to field employees vastly differs from DDO's messages to field employees. Literally just had a DDO say do something their way, as opposed to the way the corporate spent money and time to train people across the country

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company used to have solid bonus plan, now your entire division's numbers play into it, so even if you do well you're hindered. Which is hard to do in an INDUSTRY that has been down for a bit. Entry hourly wage is essentially minimum wage. The raise with a promotion is not worth the promotion

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Care about your employees at the bottom levels. Listen to them. Instead we are given enough work (the same amount of work to do per day that existed for years) and then always given new things to do on a weekly/daily basis without removing any other tasks, adding manpower, etc All. The. Time.
