The messages from Corporate to field employees vastly differs from DDO's messages to field employees. Literally just had a DDO say do something their way, as opposed to the way the corporate spent money and time to train people across the country
Company used to have solid bonus plan, now your entire division's numbers play into it, so even if you do well you're hindered. Which is hard to do in an INDUSTRY that has been down for a bit. Entry hourly wage is essentially minimum wage. The raise with a promotion is not worth the promotion
Care about your employees at the bottom levels. Listen to them. Instead we are given enough work (the same amount of work to do per day that existed for years) and then always given new things to do on a weekly/daily basis without removing any other tasks, adding manpower, etc All. The. Time.
