The messages from Corporate to field employees vastly differs from DDO's messages to field employees. Literally just had a DDO say do something their way, as opposed to the way the corporate spent money and time to train people across the country

Rewarding employees that actually do their job. Also, not allowing store managers to run the roads while they should be at work. They should not allow people to be at the centers by themselves. The marketing assignments are ridiculous and a waste of time. They rip customers off.
