I can honestly say there isn't a single thing.
Taking feedback and learning from it as well as taking the responsibility when their teams fail. Failure is the only sure fire way to success and pointing the finger your staff when goals aren't met only brings down moral, in turn leading to more failure.

Take constructive criticism and learn from it. When someone gives you pointers that will help you improve at what you do, talk about it instead of assuming something is correct because "someone else did it the same way".

Less focus on the little things and more focus on the bigger picture. There's no limit to what can be achieved when you have happy employee's. Management should take responsibility for their teams failure. Pointing the finger makes you look like you can't handle things.

Poor planning, office clique's, insecure as well as arrogant managers, too much focus on petty HR rules, politics, lack of transparency, seniority makes up for poor performance and poorly produced work, inexperienced teammates appointed to lead some projects
