I hated my time here. Toxic management. Management will openly disparage employees in private and in public. Pay is low, and management is often scattered and overwhelmed due to poor planning and execution. Lofty goals are often set and missed. Don't work here, they don't care about you.

Workplace professionalism, data-driven as opposed to anecdotal insights, and better organization that actually focuses on to work improvement.

Management needs to devise a long-term plan for product success and sustainability, rather than to simply getting by on short term success of putting out fires on a daily-weekly basis. As a result, the company's products have failed to keep up with modern marketing and product development practices.

Management development is nonexistent. Many managers take their employees for granted, despite their dedication and hard work.

It always comes back to middle management. I dislike seeing my coworkers berated and belittled, and this makes me dread going to work.
