What did you like most about the interview process?It was simple and straight forward, there weren't a lot of hoops to jump through.
What did you like most about the interview process?It was super easy if you can speak and have a pulse they will hire you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Your fellow coworkers are nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They think you work for Bank of America and you are told to not let them know otherwise. They come to you from boa's automated call program so they are already angry before they even get to you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay is nice but for the amount of crap you have to put up with from higher-ups and the customers it is not worth it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to stop lying to people first, and a few of them need to be replaced. Those few you can not help them get better.
