    They think you work for Bank of America and you are told to not let them know otherwise. They come to you from boa's automated call program so they are already angry before they even get to you.

    The pay is nice but for the amount of crap you have to put up with from higher-ups and the customers it is not worth it.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    They need to stop lying to people first, and a few of them need to be replaced. Those few you can not help them get better.
