I say its fairly on overall
The personal space we all have and the option to play with almost every tool in the world.
Its a contract agency, I like the work where I am placed but the compenstation is not fully competative with a full time employer at the same position.
I cannot say enough good things about my department and the people who work in it. That being said, the culture the executives cultivate is disgusting. It is on of theft and greed. The people at the top who do not contribute to the work and they still make obscene amounts of money.
