The patience, the encouragement, how to be proficient in the fact that everyone is treated like a human, and nothing less.

slightly less than pay than would eb expected and the benifits do not cover enough for the cost. Also a non-invention clause in the contract is grating.
We at the bottom rungs provide most of the necessary labor to make and sell Aerotech's products. With bonuses the CEO makes a million dollars, without contributing to the labor. It is theft, plain and simple. Especially considering homsome of yourloyees are one emergency away from homelessness.
Can make double somewhere else.
knowledgeable and very likeable people.
The team I work with is the reason I stay at this job. Everyone in my immediate department is nice and we all get along. I don't even have one complaint about my immediate team, they are some of the best co-workers I've ever had.
Attendance, quality, attention to detail.
Less talking and loading around.
relaxed and objective oriented(rather than task oriented which would be the worst)
The culture of my immediate team is again, fantastic. Everyone is comfortable with each other and gets along great. The problem lies with the rest of the company. Hostility between departments is ignored, and even encouraged by the executive staff. Overall very poorly run.
Respect, respect, respect, respect, respect.
The person who interviewed me also works as my coworker in my department, and they were a pretty good interviewer. Overall very similar to any other job interview I've had.

The personal space we all have and the option to play with almost every tool in the world.
my boss values my input
It could be improved by paying us more, what our labor is worth in relation to the companies enormous profits. I should not have to work 45-50 hours to live, and not comfortably. All while the CEO and the executive staff tale most of the pie, while providing no labor to the company. Pay. Us. More.
Details, accountability, quality, Managers need to be there and more involved.
Some days it's good and some days it's bad. Work gets delayed and they ask us to catch up. It can get pretty stressful.
