What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

relaxed and objective oriented(rather than task oriented which would be the worst)

The culture of my immediate team is again, fantastic. Everyone is comfortable with each other and gets along great. The problem lies with the rest of the company. Hostility between departments is ignored, and even encouraged by the executive staff. Overall very poorly run.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Respect, respect, respect, respect, respect.
