It was great in the first few years but then Z corp bought it and everything started to go downhill. The 2nd GM basically ruined the casinos.

Doing their best without much support from corporate.

Listen to the front line staff.

The team members and guests.

They need to put money in to the business not take away.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together. We move past departments and work as a whole to be their for our guests.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't pay for the costing of living in my state. They based their pay on their casinos in Las Vegas where the cost of living is 30% less than Colorado.
