What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company needs better management, mire respectful job recruiters, and a better Marketing department that respects its staff.
There isn't any leadership, guys are over worked and under appreciated
being kind to employes and better pay
all white straight men... zero diverse representation

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary paid the company be on time
I never got help setting it up
Huge benefits from travel to insurance to lifestyle to cars etc
They cover vison and its sould covrage
Overall a great package for me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am being treated unfairley being accused of my work phone going missing even after the fact I had clearly said I did not take a phone and insisted I did.
The pay is decent for a 40 hour week, but when you're forced into a 60-70 hour week the pay doesn't match up
Over worked and not compensated for additional work and changing role
I'm in a position that allows me to touch on a bit of everything, at a lower level of course. Though I am lower down, I still have national projects, and campaigns that are seen by millions, but I still receive the same pay as those who do the bare minimum.

What are some of the best things about your team?
teamwork, thinking outside the box and how we all are friends
Friendly culture in teammates and all are good
We work together. Always willing to help and give as much expertise about anything in the trade. A question can always be answered fast and effectively.
It isn't a team, you are out there yourself with no help, no training and no guidance
We work together and communication is key
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Try showing co-workers basic respect.
Workplace etiquette. Communicatiom etiquette. Leadership development.
All I know is all of us account managers are looking for another job

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
how we all are from diffrent culture and we managme to work and understand each other
To be honest that you have a job that pays the bills
Getting back and going home to my family
We look at each other as family and are always willing to help inside and outside of work.
The guys were all good and helpful, management didn't help or guide at all, almost like they didn't want anyone to succeed and take their job
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to understand their employees are actual living people and maybe degrading them everyday doesn't make them want to work.
It has to come from the top and trickel down.

It was a long process (due to COVID) and I had to interview with several people. There were also various personality tests, case studies, etc. that you had to do during the process.
I would say give me a interview with some that has been there long enough to know better not someone that just got promoted cause they just loose employers every other week

Not hire DM district manager and they hire friends to become ASM account sales manger. Not to fire six employees within a year
