You work on your own, time flies and if you have a good route and good customers the job is not bad at all, yes you work long hours but the day goes by fast

It pays the bills and you definitely work for what you earn
It's not what average sales people in the dsd industry make and the raises you get are an insult
now this is the main downfall...pay could be much better..they need to come off of some money

It's ok, but we get no help to merchandise stores

What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at Red Bull? How many hours are you working?
8-12 hours it's faced paced race
At first it was great but the last 2 years is gotten a lot worst, they can't keep employees or hire cause once they hire someone and the person sees what you have to do and you compare it to your pay check is not worth it
vibe is good...hours average around 50..which is low on the route sales scale
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Red Bull?
Do more fun activities based upon events that are sponsored by Redbull
Getting everybody more involved and bonded such as company events or retreats
the pay could be alot better..other then that its not a bad company
What part of Red Bull's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Sales are growing but we spend too much time in meetings and we usually get a late start especially for the line of business we are in, other companies start a lot earlier but red bull wants to waste your time talking about the same stuff over and over and since we don t get paid hourly they can care less what time you get done
it all appears to be growing
encompass is horrible....gaining more space in the market is growing
