The fact that we are encouraged to have an entrepreneurial mindset, to speak our ideas freely.

they do seem to care but the do have lives of their own to worry about.... its frustrating to be at work later than anyone else because even though were supposed to have a closing manager that doesn't go home until the last truck is back. because they are supposed to assist with the last route out.

Team work.Our management needs to consult junior staffs or share ideas with the junior staff to mazimize production.

Better leading and for a DM manager to hire friends to ASM position and talk very bad about other employees. For that employee to tell others ASM what that DM Manger has said is very low and not professional.
