They promote from within and there are a lot of growth opportunities.

Leading, understanding the work life balance, being a part of the solution instead of thw problem.

Low employee contribution amounts. Good insurance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If leadership listened to their employees instead of wasting money on people who have know clue what they are doing

Information sharing is huge here. Everyone is treated like they are a business partner.

You can tell the company works hard to create events and activities that are fun for employees.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was kept informed. Those with whom I met really came across like they really appreciated my taking time to meet them. I was able to engage & participate in the interview instead of being the subject of the interview & cross-examined.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy coming to work each day. My team is great. The work environment, while cubicles, is quiet and comfortable. Boss is nice.
